This farm is located in playa caletas which is five minutes from los Suenos Resort and Marina and ten minutes from the town of Jaco. The area of caletas has two hotels, ocean view homes and a new 17 story condominium tower being built . The farm itself is 150 hectars and 135 hectars are titled.
