My name is Rebecca Guthrie. I was born and raised in the Kosh, Brandsville, and Alton areas of MO, then found my adult life south of the state line in and around Melbourne, AR. I currently live in Ash Flat and make trips into Missouri a couple times a week.

My career has been in Parts and Service Management with 27 years experience at automotive dealerships. Two years ago, I decided to venture into the world of real estate in Arkansas and I love it. Completing my first full year in 2023, I closed just shy of $2,000,000 in sales. I was honored to receive both the Topaz award and the Quality Service award at the Arkansas Century 21 Awards Banquet early this year. I do have to say that the Quality Service award is what I am most proud of because my passion is customer service. Helping others and finding solutions are very important to me.

With so many friends and family in Missouri, and the fact that I live so close to the state line, I have decided to enter into the world of Missouri real estate with Ozark Hills Realty, Inc in West Plains and still keep my AR license with Century 21 Portfolio SRAB.
