Deposit: one monthly rent.
Service fee for brokerage: 1,250 € + 22% VAT (includes preparation of the lease agreement, execution of handover, drafting of minutes, transfer of subscriptions, storage of photographic materials, etc., in accordance with the general terms of the real estate agency).
