QUINTA DA CAPELAThis 17th-century house is a manor house with a chapel, named after Nª Sª de Guadalupe, considered the oldest in the Parish of Aldeias, Armamar.The link of the Chapel (one of the richest in the entire Diocese of Lamego) was established for him by Manuel Cardoso Madeira, on November 21, 1679. His precious Tombo was lost (along with other documents) in the great fire that, in December 1999 it consumed the entire interior and contents of the House, which, meanwhile, was fully restored with respect for its original design.Its coat of arms is from Cardosos, Fonsecas and Madeiras.The Chapel is mentioned in some works, namely the excellent work by J.
