Carroll County native Heather Edwards has more than 12 years of experience in the real estate investment business. During that time, she gained experience buying, rehabbing, selling and renting properties. This allowed her to expand her knowledge over the entire real estate process.


Heather considers it an honor to work with first time home buyers. \342\200\234New buyers have so many questions and need guidance in one of the biggest decisions of their lives,\342\200\235 she said. Heather is eager to work with buyers and will work hard to help them find their dream home! In addition, she has expertise working with sellers and investors, making the real estate transaction as seamless as possible.


Heather attended the University of West Georgia where she gained her BS in Secondary Education Bio-Chem. After teaching for a short time, she stepped away to focus on raising her family. Heather also grew up working in her father\342\200\231s family business, where she learned firsthand the value of work ethic and investing in the lives of others.


Beyond her real estate career, Heather and her husband live in Carrollton, Ga with their two children. Her husband is a long-time educator, her son is a student at Carrollton High school and her daughter currently attends UGA\342\200\246 Go Dawgs! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and attending Southern Hills Christian Church.
