Jason offers a unique combination of skills and experience that make him a one-stop resource for clients navigating the complexities of real estate. Transitioning into real estate brokerage after more than a decade running his own contracting business in the remodeling and commercial fit-out industry, Jason developed a deep understanding of the needs of property owners, general contractors, developers, and tenants. His background equips him with a sharp eye for contract details, strong negotiation skills, and the efficiency required to deliver exceptional results. As a seasoned real estate investor with experience spanning the single-family, flex space, and land asset classes, Jason brings a numbers-driven approach and a client\342\200\231s perspective of what separates great agents from the rest.


An avid traveler, Jason relocated to Asheville in the summer of 2022 after a 27,000-mile exploration across North and Central America in his custom-built campervan in search of the perfect mountain town. Now firmly planted in Western North Carolina, he manages a real estate syndication focused on recognizing under-marketed mountain acreage and turning raw land into build-ready parcels for discerning buyers. In addition to sponsoring syndication deals, Jason works with buyer, seller, and tenant clients, specializing in vacant land and commercial real estate transactions.


Outside of work, Jason enjoys life as a new dad, serves as President of his HOA in West Asheville, and stays active outdoors hiking and playing tennis.
