Karen has worked in commercial real estate for over twelve years, managing office buildings in Washington, DC and Annapolis. Her strong work ethic, extensive experience, and kind nature allows for an easy and fun experience for her clients. A Frederick County, Maryland native and graduate of West Virginia University, where she competed on the Division I swim team, she now calls Riva home where she lives with her husband, daughter, and two golden retrievers. When not working, Karen enjoys spending time in or on the water and in downtown Annapolis with a nice glass of wine.
